THE BRAND

This client operates in the dental care industry. Their listings were owned by other sellers and incorrect brand names were assigned to their products. In addition, they had 24 unauthorized resellers.

THE CHALLENGES & THE STRATEGIES

Improve Profitability:

Help improve on PPC ACoS, whilst encouraging sales. This was mainly achieved by:

  • Applying advanced keyword research, competitor analysis and optimization methodology to listings, improving click and conversion rates
  • Targeting relevant keywords and ASINs and regularly adjusting bids based on their performance

Increase Brand Sales & Growth:

We applied our key strategies to position the brand optimally for increased sales along with strategies tailored to the brands needs and positioning.

Enable Brand Control:

Taking ownership of listings owned by other sellers by assigning listing contributions under their brand and fixing inconsistent brand names on the listings. Also, removing the 24 unauthorized resellers.

THE RESULTS

In just 4 months, we saw monthly sales increase by 654% from $4,763.41 to $35,892.57. Initially, other sellers owned many of their listings and their products were under the wrong brand names. As such, the product ID was different from the packaging which can result in Amazon losing the inventory in their warehouse.

We corrected the product IDs of the strongest ASINs, something that a lot of sellers/agencies aren’t aware that we can do. They went from not having listing contribution to being able to ship inventory to FBA because the product IDs are now correct. The brand thought this was impossible. In addition, we removed the 24 unauthorized resellers utilizing our Brand Protection Suite and expertise.
